Meet Our Team

Mark 'Harry' Grierson - Managing Director

Mark 'Harry' Grierson

Managing Director

Mark Grierson, or ‘Harry’ as everyone has called me since my time in the RAF (long story!) is the Managing Director and proud owner of Impact. Having worked in the forces as a Weapons Technician and then a Technical Author, I decided to take a complete career change in 2006 and move into the Intermediary Sector.

Starting out in sales I quickly built up a portfolio of clients, many of which I can also count as friends before promotion to Business Development Director. From there I became MD of a Yorkshire based Intermediary company until July 2015. After time away to recharge the batteries, it was whilst  sat on a beach I had the ‘Eureka’ moment to form my own company…..and Impact was born.

I am driven to make Impact the bench mark in the sector and the ‘go to’ intermediary of choice for knowledge in the industry, at the same time providing the highest levels of accuracy, honesty and integrity.

Always up to date with the ever changing Legislation, I recognize the importance of sharing information enabling clients to make ‘informed’ decisions.

Married to my soul mate Angie, I have 3 children and 2 grandsons.

An avid LFC fan and into everything Gerry Anderson!

Gail Corrigan - Director

Gail Corrigan

Gail is a Director at Impact and is looking forward to taking the Intermediary sector by storm in her new role.

She has a wealth of experience which started in the legal sector and progressed into recruitment, before crossing over and into the grey legislative world of umbrella and intermediaries!

Gail spent 6 years in the Intermediary sector where she developed strong client relationships.  She also increased the amount of business into a group of companies and more importantly, retained the business!  She thoroughly enjoyed creating, training and managing a sales team and keeping the team updated of any changes in legislation together with the company and more importantly the clients!

Gail is married to Paul and they have a son Jordan, and they are also approved foster carers.  She is a qualified photographer and loves to spend all of her spare time keeping the two important men in her life on their toes with lots of active time outdoors and socializing with family and friends.

Gail keeps fit by running and is hopeful that she will one day take part in the NYC Marathon.
