Impact provides a seperate accountancy service that will assist you in all aspects of setting up and running your own company.   

If you already have set up a Limited Company
You are welcome to contract via Impact Accountancy or use your own accountancy provider.

Impact Accountancy will deal with your accounting needs, which include:

  • Setting up the company on Companies House
  • Set up all tax, including VAT if applicable
  • Preparation of annual accounts
  • Preparation of annual returns
